To preserve the intricate artistry and luxurious fabric of your saree, we advise Dry Cleaning only. Avoid direct sunlight and harsh chemicals, as these may diminish the vibrancy of the colours and the finesse of the craftsmanship. Treat your saree with the reverence it deserves, and it will remain a timeless treasure.
Each saree at Cavirk is handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring authenticity and quality. We provide detailed descriptions and images of each piece, allowing customers to appreciate the unique craftsmanship and cultural significance behind every saree. Also, most of the silk sarees come with the government Silk-mark.
We accept return for manufacturing defects or incorrect product shipment only. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the saree must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging. Please retain your proof of purchase for the return process.
We have a same day shipping policy, applicable if the order is received before 3 pm IST. For standard delivery within India, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. Express delivery options are available, reducing the delivery time to 1-2 business days. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

In the rare event that your saree arrives with a manufacturing defect, we urge you to document the issue with a video and contact our customer service team promptly. Upon verification, we will initiate a refund within 7 working days, as we are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in every piece we offer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress until it arrives at your designated address.
Cavirk accepts various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) for select locations in India. A nominal COD fee may apply.
