✅ When Can I Request a Replacement?
We offer free replacements if:
- You received the wrong product or size
- The item was damaged in transit or has a quality issue
- You want to exchange for a different size (based on availability)
Please raise your replacement request within 7 days of receiving your order.
💳 Can I Get a Refund?
Refunds are only issued in these cases:
- Replacement is not possible due to out-of-stock
- Product is returned in original condition and passes quality checks
- The order was not delivered or lost in transit
⚠️ A ₹199 fee will be deducted from refunds to cover payment gateway and logistics costs.

Minor differences in weave, colour, or finish are to be expected—and celebrated—as they reflect the individuality and handmade charm of every item.
We see these variations not as flaws, but as the very essence of artisan craftsmanship. Such natural irregularities will not be considered valid reasons for a return. We encourage you to review the product details and care instructions thoroughly before making a purchase.
Some of our textiles are dyed using natural colours, which may run slightly during washing. Proper care is essential to maintain the longevity and beauty of these items—please follow the care guidelines provided with your order.
To protect the livelihoods of our artisan partners and keep our pricing fair, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective.
